TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LEGAL USE OF THE ARISTOCRATA.COM WEBSITE
From now on, the website Aristocrata.com will be referred to as the “STORE,” and all individuals wishing to use it will be referred to as the “CLIENT.”
It is understood that if, after carefully reading our TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the “CLIENT” chooses to continue using the “STORE,” they accept all the clauses mentioned herein.
PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases of the items offered by the “STORE” can be made using credit or debit cards. We accept all variations such as VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX. The payment portal used by the “STORE” may require the use of personal and sensitive information, which is regulated directly by the payment portal.
SHIPPING
All our shipments are made through DHL and are dispatched from our workshop located in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Our shipments are fully insured for the actual purchase value, with the following costs:
National shipments: $70,000
International shipments: $250,000

National shipments: 1-2 business days
International shipments: 3-5 business days
All shipments outside Colombia may incur additional charges for which the “STORE” is not responsible. These charges must be fully covered by the “CLIENT.” We recommend that the “CLIENT” contact their local customs office for further information.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All merchandise offered in the “STORE” is made to order and may take 4-8 weeks to produce, depending on the workload of our workshop, unless the item is in stock for immediate delivery.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
All products offered in the “STORE” feature illustrative images. Products may vary, for example, in the shade of gemstones, as no two natural stones are alike. Additionally, since all our jewelry is handmade, slight design variations may occur. However, we strive to ensure that the final product delivered by the “STORE” to the “CLIENT” is as similar as possible to the one displayed.
PRICING
All prices in the “STORE” are subject to change without prior notice. If the “CLIENT” sees a product listed at $0.00 or similar values, it is understood that this is an error. In such cases, the “CLIENT” must contact the “STORE” through one of our communication channels to request the actual price of the product.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND WARRANTIES
All products offered in the “STORE” are fine, handcrafted jewelry made to order. Therefore, unlike most in the industry, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we do provide a warranty on all jewelry offered in the “STORE.”
WARRANTY
All our jewelry comes with a 6-month (180-day) warranty. The “CLIENT” must contact the “STORE” through any of our communication channels to initiate the warranty process.
All shipping costs must be covered by the “CLIENT” and must be sent via DHL.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
Upon arrival at our workshop, all jewelry will be examined to ensure it has not been altered by third parties, modified in any way, or misused. If any of these conditions are found, the warranty will be void. However, the product can still be repaired at an additional cost, which must be covered by the “CLIENT.”
The estimated repair time starts from the moment we receive the jewelry at our workshop and takes approximately 14 business days or less to return. If the piece contains gemstones, the “STORE” will contact the “CLIENT” to inform them of the immediate availability of the same stone or the estimated time required for it to arrive at our workshop.
JEWELRY CARE
Please note that all our jewelry is handcrafted, and all stones used are natural. Each piece undergoes a quality control process before shipping. However, accidents happen, and there is always a solution.
GOLD JEWELRY WITH OR WITHOUT STONES
All 18K gold jewelry is highly durable and will never peel or tarnish. However, daily wear may cause it to lose its luster. To prevent this, we recommend storing each piece separately in its original packaging and using it after applying creams and perfumes. Additionally, we advise against wearing jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools.
For 18K gold jewelry with natural stones, do not submerge it in hot water when cleaning your piece.
SILVER OR 24K GOLD-PLATED FILIGREE JEWELRY
Our filigree jewelry is made from 970 sterling silver with 24K gold plating, which is the purest silver used in fine jewelry.
NOTE: Filigree can also be crafted in solid 18K gold upon request.
Gold-plated jewelry requires more delicate care than the rest of our jewelry, as the gold coating will eventually wear off. However, you can prolong its lifespan by storing it separately in its original packaging and using it only after applying creams or perfumes. Avoid wearing it in the ocean or swimming pools.
If the gold plating wears off over time, we offer a gold re-plating service. If the jewelry is still within the warranty period, the “STORE” will cover this cost. If it is outside the warranty period, the “CLIENT” must cover the associated cost. In both cases, the shipping cost must be covered by the “CLIENT.” To request this service, please contact us through any of our communication channels.
