In some cases, when cleaning filigree but not removing the excess baking soda, the piece may turn green. Don’t worry, this sometimes happens and has a solution! All you need to do is repeat the steps in "How to Clean My Filigree at Home". This time, make sure to rinse not only with water but also with liquid soap, creating a good amount of foam. Then, using the same brush, thoroughly remove the excess baking soda with plenty of water. You can usually identify the residue if the piece still feels “slippery” to the touch.
Our estimated production time is 4-8 weeks, but in some cases, it may take less time depending on our workshop's availability. Once the jewelry is finished, shipping takes 1-2 business days for national orders and 3-5 business days for international orders.
